TREXO ATHLETICS 

Our role is to bridge the gap between sickness and wellness, therapy and fitness, wellness and general physical preparedness. Guided movement education, strength balance programming, and cardiovascular conditioning are a few of the key components incorporated into our programming. That's because when those components are applied appropriately and consistently, it will lead to living a more full life of wellness!

Trexo Athletics prides itself on creating specific programs for specialized results. Regardless to which program you need, each one will cater to individuals who are searching to improve their overall well being with smart exercising.

Most importantly, we are a tight knit group of like minded individuals. When you're not in class, we miss you.  In an nutshell, our classes and coaching provide a solution, and it's our community that provides the support in and outside of Trexo.
